How we make these videos
No filming happens. Every video starts from 4–6 ordinary listing photos and goes through four steps:
- Staging. An image model generates a staged version of each photo — furniture, refreshed finishes, tidied exteriors — under strict instructions to leave the architecture, camera angle and lighting direction untouched.
- Animation. A video model animates between the original photo and its staged version, so each room visibly transforms on a locked camera — that’s the “reveal.”
- Assembly. The scenes are stitched together with music, listing details and the agent’s branding into a vertical (and optionally 16:9) video.
- Disclosure. A “virtually staged” overlay is burned into every video. It isn’t a setting — it can’t be turned off. Undisclosed staging erodes buyer trust and risks MLS violations, and we’d rather lose a sale than ship that switch.
