Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have - including what happens to the listing photos you upload.
Who we are
PropertyClips AI is operated by Dimitrije Pavlovic, trading as Pavlovic Media, Fischerweg 4, 4222 Zwingen, Switzerland. We are the controller of the personal data described here.
For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact info@propertyclipsai.com.
We are established in Switzerland and process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where we serve users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom we also comply with the GDPR, and where we serve residents of California the CCPA/CPRA section below applies.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Account details - your name and email address, handled by our authentication provider when you sign up or sign in.
- Profile details - brokerage, metro market, how many listings you take per month, and the content types you plan to create. Used to tailor the product and recommend a plan.
- Branding - your logo, accent colour, contact name, phone number and email address, which are rendered onto your videos.
- Listing photos and details - the images you upload and any address, price, bedroom, bathroom or square-footage information you enter, plus any voiceover script text.
- Support messages - anything you send us by email.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data - pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type. Analytics of this kind are only collected if you consent; see our Cookie Policy.
- Technical logs - IP address and request metadata, kept briefly to operate the service, prevent abuse and diagnose faults.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card details - payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the service is not directed at children.
How your photos are used
Your listing photos are the core of the service, so we are specific about what happens to them.
- When you upload a photo it is stored in our private cloud storage and used to generate a staged version of the same room and a short video clip.
- To do that, the photo is sent to the AI providers listed below, which process it on our instructions and return the staged image and video.
- We do not sell your photos, use them to train our own models, or publish them. We will not use them in marketing without your separate, explicit permission.
- Every video carries a burned-in “virtually staged” disclosure. It cannot be removed, because staged imagery must be disclosed under MLS rules.
You are responsible for having the right to upload the photos you submit. If you did not take them, make sure your photographer or brokerage licence permits this use.

International transfers
Several of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside Switzerland and the EEA. We rely on recognised transfer mechanisms, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with the Swiss addendum and, where applicable, the providers’ certification under the EU-US and Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Account and profile data - while your account is open, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Uploaded photos, generated images and videos - while your account is open so you can access your library; deleted with your account, or sooner if you delete individual videos.
- Billing records - 10 years, as required by Swiss accounting law.
- Technical logs - typically 30 to 90 days.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email info@propertyclipsai.com. We respond within 30 days. You can also delete your account at any time from your settings, which removes your videos and personal data as described above.
If you are in Switzerland you may complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). In the EEA or UK, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
California residents
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Use the email address above.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest by our infrastructure providers. Uploaded photos and finished videos are held in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed links rather than public URLs. Access to production systems is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change significantly affects you, notify you by email or in the app.
